The Mount Dora Cocktail Tavern Tour is a 1 1/2 hour odyssey happening every Friday evening that takes you into the dark shadowy streets, alleys, pubs and taverns of prohibition era Mount Dora, Florida.

Every Friday night at 7:45pm starting at Tremain's Tavern at the historic Lakeside Inn, you will be transported through the keyhole vortex back into prohibition era Mount Dora with time travels into the roaring twenties. At three libation stops along the route you will hear the history of these tincture emporiums and be regaled between stops with the famous tales of the ghosts, urban legends and "alternative" history of Mount Dora. Enjoy stories of Al Capone's exploits and the many "Speakeasy's" of the prohibition era, and of course, no tavern tour would be complete without the optional consumption of copious amounts of libations!
